"National Congress of Five Standards and Economic Corporation Development" was held on 6th December 2015 in Mashhad by Aftab Institute of Culture and Arts. A number of industrial companies, manufacturers, services and training firms, were invited to this event. In the first section, management issues, make agile managers and management features were introduced. The factors that promote quality and customer-oriented organization were reviewed in three parts of speech. The final topic was devoted to organizational efficiency.
